Speak Up

We want to do what is right. At WWF people are at the heart of what we do. Upholding respect for, and ensuring the safety and rights of employees, partners and the communities we work in, is core to our organization. Any breach of that should be reported without fear of reprisal and every person we work with should feel empowered to safely do so.

Submitting your concerns. Please select one of the options below and proceed through the following questions to take the next step in submitting your report. After having sent your message you will receive an ID and a password on the screen. Save these in a secure manner. You can choose to remain anonymous throughout this dialogue.

GRIEVANCE MECHANISM

WWF-Laos is committed to strengthening accountability and improving transparency in how we implement our conservation initiatives across the country.

To support this commitment, we have established a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) that allows any affected stakeholders–including local communities and ethnic groups–to raise concerns or complaints and have them addressed in a timely, fair, and consistent manner. An internal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guides the process for receiving, acknowledging, investigating, and resolving grievances.

The GRM is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all, ensuring equal opportunity for women, men, youth, people with disabilities, and other marginalized groups to voice their concerns. During community engagement activities, these groups are informed about the mechanism and encouraged to use it.

Grievances can be submitted in several ways:

  • Through community grievance boxes

  • Directly to WWF staff during field visits

  • By phone (WhatsApp or call) at +856 20 5950 9505

  • Via email at grievance@wwf.org.la
