OUR COUNTRY MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Country Management Team (CMT) of WWF-Laos, led by the Country Director – who is also a member of the WWF Asia-Pacific Regional Leadership Team – serves as the senior management body of the Country Office. Each member represents WWF-Laos staff and contributes to leadership with insights into office management and conservation priorities.

The CMT’s mandate is to provide strategic and operational guidance and to support the implementation of WWF-Laos’ country strategy. While the Country Director retains final decision-making authority, the CMT plays a key advisory role in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
